Richmond Hill Police Department Det. Dana Strickland said today that Tabitha Dean, a 17-year-old reported missing Wednesday, ran away from home but returned to her parents house today. Strickland said he tracked her down to a residence in Eastside Savannah and approached her at a nearby store. He said he convinced her to go home, and she later did so.
