The Fifth Annual Wildcat Classic will be is from 7-10 p.m. Friday, March 22 and 4-8 p.m. Saturday, March 23 at the South Bryan County Recreation Department Rec Gym, located at 508 Timber Trail Road. There will be games featuring former Wildcatss from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. In addition, there will be a 3-point shooting contest for a $50 cash prize and a free throw shooting contest for a $25 cash prize.
The Bryan County Middle School boys' track team finished first in a home meet that included Portal, Jenkins County, and Claxton. The boys were able to rack up 185 points. Jenkins County finished 2nd with 112 points.
