The Richmond Hill High School girls cross country team finished third at the Region 2-AAAA meet on Saturday in Augusta to earn a trip to the state Class AAAA meet.
Bryan County High School senior Tiffany Howard won the Region 3-A girls cross country meet on Wednesday at Savannah Country Day. The girls finished fourth, earning them a trip to the state meet.

Georgia Game Changers and the Coastal YMCA are hosting a three-day running camp for teens beginning Monday at the Richmond Hill YMCA. The camp is for kids ages 13-18 and will be from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For more information call the YMCA at 756-5856.
