Football success translates into more revenue for all

It's been a few years since I've have been involved with any football program, but I have been on the sidelines listening and watching how things have turned out for our program at Richmond Hill High School. I've also been following the discussion of what to pay high school coaches.

Bryan County girls, boys fall in state tourney

Bryan County High School's boys' and girls' basketball teams fell on the road Saturday night in the first round of the state Class AA tourney. The girls' lost 65-44 at Putnam County. The boys fell 59-55 to Northeast Macon.

Lady Wildcats top Glynn

Kristen McCauley scored a game-high 11 points and hit three 3 pointers to lead Richmond Hill High School to a 34-22 win Friday over Glynn Academy in the Region 3-AAAAA tournament in Richmond Hill. The win means the Lady Wildcats will be the No. 3 seed from 3-AAAAA heading into next week's state tournament.
