Hunters statewide are celebrating the beginning of dove season, which opened Sept. 3. The long-awaited opening day is traditionally considered the beginning of the fall hunting season.

The Redskins capitalized on an early touchdown on the first kickoff of the game and amassed 140 rushing yards. On September 23 the Redskins will travel to Glascock County for a 7:30 start time.
