Lady Redskins beat Calvary Day for 3-A crown
It wasn't even close. Bryan County (25-3) beat Calvary Baptist 70-57 on Friday night at Savannah Country Day to win the Region 3-A title. The Lady Redskins' Olivia Melvin led all scorers with 32 points. Saatashala Beasley added 15 points and Diamond McGirt had 11 for BCHS, which clinched a No. 1 seed in the Class A playoffs.
