Jan. 29 & 31: "The Wizard of Oz" Auditions – The Richmond Hill Community Theatre will host auditions for the production of "The Wizard of Oz," which will be performed May 1 and 2. The auditions will take place at the Richmond Hill Public Library from 6-9 p.m., on Jan. 29, and from 2-5 p.m., on Jan. 31. Singing talent is not required, but is a plus. Participants to do not need to prepare a monologue or have an extensive acting resume. Actors can bring a headshot, but it is not required.

Businesses get toys, books to Gold Star kids
