"It's important for the Richmond Hill community to get to know our Richmond Hill schools and their leaders. Our experienced Richmond Hill principals include Mary Anne Tiedemann at Richmond Hill Primary; Walt Barnes at Richmond Hill Elementary; Crystal Morales at Carver Elementary; Helen Herndon at Richmond Hill Middle; and Charles Spann at Richmond Hill High School. In addition, the Richmond Hill schools have a core of highly qualified returning staff. Through specific teacher improvement activities, the Bryan County schools will complete the implementation of the Georgia Performance Standards through a standards-based classroom setting.

Off Broadway Dance Studio had a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house Friday. The new dance studio features two sprung dance floors. The studio's instructors want to give the dancers the best education, as well as help them develop character traits such as self-worth, self-confidence and team work skills. Community troupe presents dinner theater

It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt – or in this case, murdered. Sept. 4: Tour of Bryan Neck Presbyterian Church and Manse – The Richmond Hill Historical Society is offering a tour of the historic Bryan Neck Presbyterian Church and Manse on Belfast Keller Road, where guests will be given a tour of the church, cemetery, manse and grounds with an overview of the history by local author and historian Buddy Sullivan.
