Fireworks on Tybee Sunday

Tybee Island, 20 minutes east of Savannah, will host its annual Independence Day fireworks display the Sunday evening with the first explosion expected at about 9:30 p.m. The official start time is thirty minutes after dark.

SAVANNAH - Members of Savannah's Harley Owners Group chapter will dress to impress in denim and leather for their ride to the 17th annual Muscular Dystrophy Association's Black-n-Blue Ball at the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum on Saturday, June 25. The event will raise money for local children to attend MDA summer camp.
