The Richmond Hill Garden Club recently selected the home of William and Deborah Villagomez at 106 Knollwood Court in Bailey Plantation as the March Yard of the Month. Maintaining an attractive yard during this time of the year often proves difficult, but the Villagomezes' yard was neatly kept with shrubs that had been trimmed, beds that had been edged and mulched, a carefully mowed lawn and a maple tree bursting into bloom.

Austin Overby and Kaleb Orchard were recognized March 5 during a Richmond Hill City Council meeting for earning the rank of Eagle Scout. The scouts are members of Troop 400 in Richmond Hill.
