Crime reports for Dec. 8-18

Possession of marijuana: Dec. 16 - Just after 3 a.m. officers stopped a Fort Stewart man on Highway 17 near Ponderosa Road because his tail light was damaged. The driver was arrested because his license was suspended, and officers found a bag of marijuana in the Hinesville passenger's shirt pocket. He was also wanted in Liberty County for a probation violation and was arrested.
