The following reports are from the Richmond Hill Police Department: DUI, Sept. 27 - Officers stopped a Savannah man just after 4 a.m. on Highway 144 after he was seen speeding and before entering Love's gas station at an "unsafe speed." The man smelled of alcohol and told officers he wasn't driving the vehicle. A breath test proved he had been drinking and he was arrested.

DUI-drugs: Sept. 15 - Deputies stopped a Fleming man just before 2 a.m. on Highway 17 after he was seen traveling in both southbound lanes of traffic. The man handed deputies a Mexican driver's license and said he didn't have an American driver's license. Deputies smelled alcohol on the man, who also had bloodshot and glassy eyes. He was arrested for DUI and driving without a license. ...

Savannah teen found dead in burned car

SAVANNAH - Savannah police have identified a body discovered inside a burning vehicle. Savannah-Chatham County police said an autopsy was done and the woman was identified as 18-year-old Amber Deloach of Savannah, a former St. Vincent's Academy and Islands High School student.
