DQ helps Emergency Services

Bryan County Emergency Services Chief Freddy Howell recently honored Dairy Queen in Pembroke, left, and Richmond Hill, right, for the businesses' help during Fire Prevention Week, which is Oct. 6-12. Both restaurants are offering a free ice cream to children who turn in a coloring sheet on fire safety and prevention by Oct. 12. The sheets are available at both Dairy Queen locations and all Bryan County fire departments.
