Council to hold special meeting

The Richmond Hill City Council will hold a called meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall. The council will consider planning and zoning requests from Denny's Restaurant, Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool, 32 Degress and more.
