Ford Plantation homeowners seemed to leave the Richmond Hill City Council meeting pleased Thursday, after the council unanimously agreed to table a request to clear land on a portion of Richmond Hill Plantation.
Steve Croy – owner of the 112-acre Richmond Hill Plantation, which lies across Hwy. 144 from the upscale Ford Plantation – requested to disturb 7.18 acres of the property for private dirt roads that will be used to navigate the property.
