Alicia LaVon Mullice, a 2010 graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, completed the requirements for her degree in December 2009.  She passed the February 2010 Georgia Bar examination and recently was sworn in to practice law in the state of Georgia by Liberty County Superior Court Chief Judge David Cavender. About 25 family members and friends attended the June 7 ceremony in the superior courtroom.
Mullice earned a bachelor’s of social work from Savannah State University in 1998 and a master’s of social work from Fordham University in Manhattan, N.Y., in 2004.  She has been employed as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines since 1999.
Mullice is the daughter of Rose Mullice and Alfred and Pauli Mullice of Midway, and the granddaughter of the late Arthur (Kid) and Sarah Stevens of Sunbury. Her paternal grandparents are the late Samuel and Cornelia Mullice of Freedman Grove.
