Richmond Hill City Council discussed the potential addition of a traffic light at the entrance to the Mulberry subdivision on Hwy. 17 at Tuesdays’ council meeting. The motion was brought to the table by Councilman Russ Carpenter, who said he has been approached by residents who would like to see it happen.
