Dunham Marsh

Dunham Marsh, a 200-acre development in Richmond Hill which began sales in February, will offer bundled high-technology communications packages, powered by cutting-edge fiber optics, developer Brookwood Properties announced this week.

Joel Edwards, vice president for development operations, said the bundled technology includes Internet, telephone, video television and optional services like security and home automation.

The bundle, which will be billed to homeowners through their association fees, will be transmitted to each home through fiber optic wiring, offering speed-of-light communications and data exchange, he said.

Dunham Marsh is off Belfast-Keller Road southeast of downtown Richmond Hill and about four miles past the entrance to the historic Ford Plantation.
