This week Sara Jane Fogarty, community manager for the American Cancer Society, answers the questions:

1. What do you feel is your greatest achievement?
Well, to be honest, I hope I have many more achievements ahead of me. But so far, I am very proud of my work with Invisible Children on the Kony 2012 campaign during the spring of 2012.

2. What, to you, is perfect happiness?
Making goal for the Relay For Life of Bryan County. Donate now at www.relayforlife.org/bryanga.

3. What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
“Bird by Bird.” It’s originally a book by Anne Lammott, but my mother has given me that advice time and time again. Basically, it means to take things one at a time. The quote comes from a story of Lammott’s. Her brother was working on a project where he had to catalogue hundreds of birds and of course had procrastinated. Amidst his panic, his father told him to take it bird by bird. It’s a statement that has proved true in my life several times.

4. What is your greatest fear?
Alligators/crocodiles. Oh, and I’m strangely afraid of being in my garage in the dark.

5. What real or fictional person do you most identify with?
Elizabeth Bennett from Jane Austin’s “Pride and Prejudice.”

6. If money weren’t an object, how would you spend your time?
Travelling. I’m sure that is a very common answer, but I am very anxious to see the world.

7. What is your favorite thing about yourself?
Adaptability and self-awareness.

8. What trait do you most admire in another person?
Kindness first and foremost but also a good sense of humor.

9. What trait do you most deplore in another person?
The lack of common courtesy or general disrespect toward others.

10. Who are your favorite musicians?
Paul Simon, Dawes, The Head and the Heart, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Bruce Springsteen.

11. What are your favorite books?
“Pride and Prejudice” and “The Great Gatsby.”

12. What talent would you most like to have?
I would love to be able to paint.
