Richmond Hill High School dropped its regular season softball opener 11-10 to McIntosh County Academy on Thursday in Darien.
The Lady Wildcats committed seven errors which led to nine unearned runs, RHHS coach Sean Strickland said.

Amy Robbens was 2 for 4 with an RBI and scored twice; Kaylee Vaugn was 2 for 4 with an RBI and Lauren Simerly and Trisha Jennings each hit a two-run home run for the Lady Wildcats, who play at Jenkins today.
