The girl who reportedly ran away Monday night in Richmond Hill has been located, according to the Richmond Hill Police Department.

Police asked Tuesday for the public’s help in finding 13-year-old Rachel Peeples, who had last been seen in the Piercefield Forest neighborhood.

Lt. Dana Strickland said she was located around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. He said the girl was unharmed and had been in Richmond Hill during the two days she was missing.
