An Ellabell woman is pumped after winning $1 million during a gas stop. Penny Green, 39, won playing the instant game Georgia Lottery Black.

“I was waiting for my gas tank to fill up and got a ticket,” Green said. “I saw the $1 million and had to keep looking back and forth at it. I started laughing hysterically and shed a few tears.”

Green purchased her top prize ticket at Gateway Texaco, 3 Gateway Blvd. W., Savannah.
